Step 1: Give us your contact information
Step 2: Select your full or partial registration.

If you're attending all or most of the conference, select 1 registration type on the left.
If you can only attend part of the conference, select any or all of the items in the Partial Conference list.

Step 3: Let us know when you'll be eating with us so our caterers have enough but not too much.
Step 4: "Submit" your registration form.
Step 5: Pay.

Add your registration fee to your Cart using the drop downs below and add to your cart. PayPal will process your electronic payment for us.

Mail us a check for the appropriate amount to CSCLHS, PO Box 21, Roebuck, SC 29376. (Membership can be included in the same check. Just make a note.)
